Owner's Biography:

Theresa Hogerheide-Reusch is a graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design. She has more than 20 years of interior design experience. Along with a variety of residential interior consultations, she has designed commercial interiors including: public meeting rooms, open and private offices, cafeterias, call centers, and custom finishes.

In 1999, Theresa founded and led the Eco-Sensitive Design Study Group in Grand Rapids, MI and is a former staff member of the West Michigan Environmental Action Council. In these capacities, she developed expertise in eco-design principles and the use of sustainable materials and processes.

Theresa began working in collaboration with Catalyst Partners in 2004. She is the organization's Director of Submittal Compliance. Her responsiblilities include helping manufacturing clients assess their products’ environmental qualities, and assisting building project teams to employ sustainable products and processes. Her main task is to review project submittals for LEED-CI certification for the U. S. Green Building Council.

  • Served on the Grand Rapids, MI Mayor Heartwell’s Environmental Advisory Council for two years
  • Served on the West Michigan Sustainable Business Forum Board for three years
